With each turn of the rope, you can feel that it challenges the entire upper body as well as the lower body for a super fit and high-intensity workout.

These cables are made with stainless steel wire, a very durable material that is
recommended for wood and rubberized surfaces to prolong cable life. Do not
jump on concrete!

NOTE: The cable can be adjusted by tying knots.

The cables come in the following lengths, measured including the metal “housing” that holds the cable:

• 8' - for users up to 5'6"
• 8’6” – for users up to 5’10”
• 9’ – for users up to 6’2”
