Refund policy
At Buddy Lee Jump Ropes, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products and for the health and safety of all our customers, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason once an item has been purchased, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage reported immediately upon receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items (Inspection Period)
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and before removing it from its original sealed packaging if possible. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@buddyleejumpropes.com within 3 days of delivery.
It is crucial to notify us of any damage or defect within this 3-day window. We will evaluate the issue and, if a manufacturing defect or shipping damage is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a replacement. Do not remove the item from its original packaging if you suspect it is damaged or defective upon initial inspection, as this may affect our ability to process a claim.
Important Health & Safety Information (No Returns on Opened Items)
For hygiene reasons, and due to the prevalence of germs and viruses, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on jump ropes or any related products once they have been opened or removed from their original sealed packaging. An opened product represents a potential risk for spreading diseases. This policy is in place to protect the health of all our customers. This no-return policy for opened items applies unless a manufacturing defect or shipping damage was reported within the 3-day inspection window and approved for a replacement.
