Does the job and fits my old speed rope handles from 30 years ago with a little adjustment. The rope material is smooth and pliable especially when compared to my old blue rope.
I was perhaps the first student under Buddy Lee! I was his teammate at the All Marine Wrestling in Quantico Va. 85-88. I can’t find his original jump rope but I do have his 2nd generation. I am 60 yrs old and still jumping. I’ll do a lil video with his new jumprope. Semper Fi, Jeff Varmette

Totally amazing,i did a 30m training,usualy i would be swating a bit and be average tired,but with this rope i did some crazy jumps for minutes streight and made me sweat full body,burns fat like nothing 🔥

Overall, I really like this jump rope. I'm a beginner, and I was really struggling with a cheap rope that tangled constantly. This does not tangle and is very comfortable to use. Really happy with it, and the price was very reasonable.
