Excellent rope but not excellent customer service

After my initial order included good quality handles but cheap plastic lightweight rope I inquired about the rope not being speed quality as advertised. Service rep explained they’d mail out a replacement which I’ve never received. I decided to go out of pocket to purchase a separate rope and this time it was great quality. I don’t know that I’d go thru this again but I did get a quality rope after spending twice what I originally planned to spend.

Love my Aero Speed with cable!

Love my aero speed CABLE jump rope! I started with the Versa Trainer and wanted to upgrade. I got the aero speed with the pvc rope first but it felt a bit the same so I upgraded to the cable. I really like the extra weight and it’s got a smoother motion, in my opinion. Easy to assemble too. Love all my Buddy Lee jump ropes but I think this one is my favorite right now. So fun! Thank you!
