The cords are 9'3" feet long and made of PVC, a very durable material that is recommended for wood, rubberized, artificial turf, and sport court surfaces.
DO NOT use on CEMENT as cord will wear and break quicker due to excessive friction.
Caution: Children should be supervised when jumping rope. To avoid potential injury to self or others check rope cord and handles for breakage before each jumping session.

I received the jump rope in excellent condition, without a long wait despite ordering it from Germany.
First surprise, opening the case, was not detecting the typical smell of cheap plastic. The handles are sturdy and nice to hold, the grip should be fine especially with the additional rubber bands. There are two cables to choose from, one bright and one dark. The Case is nice for storage .
All in all I'm very happy that I chose this package. Probably the nicest and best made jump rope I have yet owned!

Best jump rope out there! The swivel ball at the end of the handles is the best feature, the rope never gets caught. On my 3rd rope just from wear and tear as I use mine 5x/wk
So many things about this rope are appealing: the handle shape, size and weight; the flexible cable, the ability to easily size the cable, and the super cute hex wrench and replacement screws!
It turns super smoothly, quietly, and quickly.
I've had three sessions with it so far and know I'll be using it for many years to come.
I've been using this speed rope for 10+ years and it's hands down the best in my experience. I prefer the PVC over the new system; the ability to replace the cord is key. Great job.

Very happy with this rope. It’s everything I hoped for!
So I've had my Buddy Lee rope for at least 8 years now, and likely more than that- and it's my absolute favorite rope that I've ever owned (I've owned lots). Over the past 2 years, I noticed it was squeaking as I skipped, and one day the bearing broke. Devastated. I was able to get a replacement bearing, and after speaking to an associate, was told I should be replacing it every 2 years. Holy moly, when I put on the new bearing, it was like I had a brand new rope. I was already smooth (I might even give good ol' Buddy Lee a run for his money!), but now it's silky smooth when I skip, All it took was this replacement.

The weighted jump rope , handles and carrying case are of superior quality ball bearings handles, feel like they are gliding on air 
This addition to the buddy handles is superb! One of the best and most balanced speed ropes I’ve ever used! This cable is the way to go!
